Other Thinning and Stop-Drop Materials
Table 1-16 give the general range of chemical thinners and stop-drop materials to apply to apples.
Table 1-19 and
Table 1-20 can be used to determine how much material to add to a spray tank of "x" size to achieve a given concentration in the tank. For each material in
Table 1-20, the first section lists the parts per million (ppm) concentration in a tank given the amount of material added to the specified gallonage. The second section lists the desired concentration in ppm. By choosing a concentration and following across the column representing the gallonage, you can determine how much material to add to the tank to achieve the desired concentration.
