Chlorothalonil (Bravo 720, Terranil)
Bravo 720 and the other chlorothalonil formulations are nonsystemic foliar fungicides with protective action registered for the control of brown rot blossom blight; leaf curl of stone fruits; coryneum blight (shothole) and scab on peaches, nectarines, and apricots; and is excellent for cherry leaf spot. These products are recommended at 3.1 to 4.1 pints per acre depending on the disease and the time of application. Bravo is not registered for use after shuck split and before harvest, but it can be used after harvest for cherry leaf spot control. Bravo is also recommended for control of black knot on cherries and plums.
